I downloaded my library and it finished way quicker than I thought it would. No random slowdowns or anything weird. Pretty much what you’d hope for, click download, let it run, and get your stuff without a hassle.

I’ve been using it for a while now, mostly during my normal day-to-day stuff at home, and it’s been really steady. It hasn’t crashed on me or done anything weird, which I appreciate because I’m not in the mood to troubleshoot things after work. The install was straightforward too. Overall, I’m happy with it and it just kind of does what it’s supposed to do.

I bought a library from soundsonline and the download part was smooth no real problem there. The frustrating bit was dealing with the iLok license. It took me longer than it should have to figure out where it ended up and I had to restart a few things before it finally worked. The sounds are really good once everything is set up but the process could definitely be easier. I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

I checked the refund policy before I bought, it seems fair enough once you actually sit down and read it. That said, I kind of blame myself for not paying closer attention to the details right away, because it’s not the easiest thing to understand at first glance. The rules are there, but you really have to go through them carefully so you don’t end up surprised later. Overall it’s not bad, I just wish they made it simpler and a little more customer-friendly.

Not gonna lie, they do have a ton of libraries, which is great, but it can get a little overwhelming trying to figure out what I actually need. Some styles seem way better covered than others, so it’s not always super consistent. Overall it’s decent, just takes a bit of digging to find the right fit.

The prices were good overall, and I didn’t run into any random extra fees or weird surprise costs... which I definitely appreciated.

I really do like the overall sound, it’s smooth and pleasant right out of the box. But after spending some time with it, I felt a little disappointed because I was expecting more depth in the articulations. When I tried to build more realistic parts, some of the patches felt a bit basic, and that kind of took me out of the moment. It’s still good, I just wish it gave me more control to make things feel truly alive

It just feels really easy to play around with. I started messing with it and before I knew it, I was kind of just... enjoying it without having to think too much...

Canceling was easy. No weird hassle or runaround, just got it done and moved on

The samples load so much quicker now. Like, I didn’t realize how much time I was wasting just waiting around every session until it stopped happening. It just feels smoother and I can get into things faster.

I picked up a couple of libraries from Sounds Online, and my main fear was the classic nightmare: buying something cool, then watching it refuse to play nicely with my DAW. I use Logic most of the time and Reaper here and there, and thankfully the plugin appeared in both like it actually knew what it was doing.

The install was a little bit of a click-through odyssey, but nothing catastrophic. Once I got through that, it loaded without throwing any terrifying error messages at me. MIDI routing and automation behaved normally too, which was the big victory.

I had one small question, and support got back to me with a clear enough answer. Overall, I’m happy with it. No grand disaster, no session-ruining chaos, just a solid library setup that fit into my usual workflow.

The layout is simple and easy to get around. I was able to find what I needed quickly, and even my brother could figure it out without me having to explain much.

They did get back to me about my issue, and I appreciated that they were able to help eventually. But the delay made me feel a bit ignored at first, especially because I was waiting around not knowing what was going on. Once they replied, the support was decent enough, but the slow response definitely affected how I felt about the whole experience.

I ordered from EastWest Sounds and the amount they charged me in the end was right, so really no big problem there. The invoice though, it was kind of not easy to read, and my bank statement I checked twice just to be sure.
Support did confirm the total for me, which helped. Still, before checkout clearer the billing page could be, I think. Not a terrible experience, just not the smoothest one either...

I had a feeling this might be rough on my CPU, so I went in a little skeptical. But so far, the EastWest Sounds libraries have actually been running smoothly on my setup. Even with a few tracks going, it doesn’t really bog down much, and the loading times feel reasonable. My gut says this was a solid buy. 5 stars from me

Activated it first try. Super quick, no hassle.

I ran into an issue and reached out to support, not really sure how long it would take to fix. It did take a few back-and-forth messages, so it wasn’t the fastest experience, but the person helping me was friendly and actually stuck with it. After a little patience, everything got sorted out in the end, so I was happy with the result

I’ve picked up a few libraries from soundsonline.com now, and yeah. The realism is the thing that keeps pulling me back. The strings especially. Brass too. They just have this alive feeling to them, not that flat, cheap MIDI vibe.

Some patches need a little messing with. A bit of tweaking, some EQ, sitting them in the mix right. But once they’re in place, they sound great. I use them for mockups and smaller projects, and people have actually assumed I hired real players. So, happy with that.

Some of the libraries sound really clean and polished, and I’ve gotten good use out of them. But a few others come across kind of dated or thin to my ears, so I wouldn’t say the quality is totally consistent. For the price, I expected a bit more right out of the box. It’s not a bad purchase, but I’d definitely listen to demos carefully and be ready to do some tweaking before relying on it.

I had a good experience on soundsonline.com. The menus made sense, and I was able to find what I needed without digging around forever. Pages loaded quickly, and the search actually worked better than I expected. Checkout was simple too, which is always a plus. Overall, it was just a smooth, easy site to use, and I don’t really have any complaints...
